Help with framedrop

[GIJ]

Hello, I've tried to fix this on my own, but to no avail sadly. So when I try to equip and item from the pipboy or consume an item, I get a fps drop that goes to 30-25 fps. I am unsure as to why this is the exactly, but I do know that AAF is partially to blame for this. When I tried to run the game without it, I had no issues. Bu the moment when I use AAF then my problems start occurring. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
