Depends what you are looking for exactly. Something close to vanilla, or a complete overhaul to make Skyrim look completely different? (I'm assuming you mean environment textures and not like armor replacers or skin textures.)

I don't know much about HD Vanilla textures and such, but when it comes to giving Skyrim a complete makeover, I can help ya there. Here is a list of what I use (in the order to install them as well).

-Sexy Whiterun (along with the whole Sexy Series in the description, like Windhelm, Solitude, Villages and Towns, etc). Gives a great overhaul of all the buildings and such.

-Noble Skyrim HD2K. A complete overhaul of almost all the environmental textures. Changes them drastically, but looks really nice.

-Aspens to Cherry Blossoms. Simple really. Changes Aspens (mostly around Riften) to Cherry Blossoms. Adds some color.

-Better Dynamic Snow. A must have to get rid of that horrid snow texture.

-Sakura Snow. Changes falling snow to cherry blossom petals. Looks gorgeous and mixes things up.

-Summer Skyrim. This is another major overhaul. Will change Skyrim's bleak Winter look, to a nice refreshing summer look. I don't use Summer Skies or the remove all snow though. I still like a bit of snow still in parts where it makes sense and I use Climates of Tamriel still so no reason to use the Skies addon.

-Revamped Exterior Fog. Definitely another must have to help clean up all that unnecessary fog everywhere.

-Natural Intricate Spider Webs. This is just personal taste. It doesn't make a lot of sense since there is no Orb Weaver style spiders in Skyrim, but it just looks really awesome.

-Transparent and Refracting Icicles. I know it's a small thing, but it makes a difference. Was tired of the weird icicles in vanilla, and this makes them look so much better.

That's really it texture wise that I can think of at the moment. But if you want some nice construction to go along with all those new textures, here's some suggestions.

-Expanded Towns and Cities. Even without those texture mods, this is an awesome addition. It changes all the little villages and towns and gives them complete makeovers (like Dawnstar, Morthal, Riverwood, etc). If you plan on using Lanterns of Skyrim, make sure to get the compatibility patch for it. I've seen other towns and village makeovers, but this one does the best job of it in my opinion.

-Ruins of Winterhold. Requires Dawnguard, but makes Winterhold look like the city it should of been, of course, in ruins.

-The Noble Family Collection. Click on the author's name, and go to their files. They have redone all the vanilla player homes. They are amazing, and fit great with all those overhauls I mentioned above. I think they require Hearthfire, but I can't remember if there is a version without Hearthfire or not.

-Dawn of Whiterun. Plus Dawn of Windhelm and Riften at the bottom of the description. These overhaul the cities and look amazing as well. They are working on the other major cities as well, so check back with them to see when they get Solitude and Markarth done.

Whiterun Outskirts Market. MAKE SURE, to get the patch located here. This adds a small market leading up to the entrance of Whiterun. It makes Whiterun the trade capital it was meant to be.

If you're using Project Parallax, I'm not sure how it will respond to these texture overhauls, as it was made more for vanilla textures, not retextures. And using SMIM, make sure to install it before installing all these texture mods. They work together just fine.

But these are all the stuff I use to give Skyrim a complete makeover. It's a nice change from vanilla when you are tired of seeing the same thing all the time. It's refreshing. Hope that all helped, unless of course you are looking for vanilla stuff, then all that was pretty useless lol. Hopefully someone can help you out with the vanilla stuff if that is what you want. :)

Eh, armor replacers are a tedious subject to get into lol. There is so much information required before we can even begin. Like for instance:

-Male or Female or both?

-If Male, what body type? SoS, Sundracon, FavoredSoul, Roberts, etc?

-If Female, what body type? CBBE, CB++, ADEC, UNP, UNPB, UNPSlim, CHSBHC, Manga, SeveNBase, etc?

-Skimpy or not skimpy or vanilla armor fitted to a certain body type?

-vanilla HD textures, or complete texture overhauls?

-different armor that replaces vanilla, or stay true to the vanilla armors?

-BBP or non-BBP (or even TBBP)?

And then some lol. It's hard to find armor replacers for someone, without knowing exactly what they are looking for.
