Is it possible to use a bodyslide preset as a character?

How do i go from downloading a bodyslide preset to having it when creating a new character. I know they dont include face presets from racemenu.

What? This is literally what BodySlide does. Its only purpose, and the reason why it exists.

I always play as my own race, and I create the body I want to use beforehand in Bodyslide as a morph. Right now I'm using Nordz, because of the COR faces. To use them after you've created them, you have to place femalebody_0.nif and femalebody_1.nif in the appropriate folder.

Well, to directly answer this, when you build in bodyslide with any preset, it applies it to every applicable NPC or character in game including you (female bodyslides on women, male bodyslides apply to men of course).
So if you just build using the preset it will apply it to your character. 
Another way would be to use an Obody type mod to manually select which preset you want to use once you are in game.
