Because frankly think most of the mech packs that exist are absolutely garbage, they keep slapping massive tits on pals that don't have or have small tits to begin with or they alter the pal so much that they dont even look like the same fucking creature. example example 2 And im starting to get annoyed at this. like i get wanted to make a pal more "appealing" but for me that makes them less appealing. i want to fuck the pal as is not a big tidy sex doll that looks similar to the pal. the only ones that have descent meshes are the feral ones but that's due to the nature of feral characters and the fuck ass male ones who actually just get a dick slapped onto them like bruh why is there none of that for female pals where they only slap a vigina onto the pal.

anyways this is my small rant i guess. i dont really expect anything to change but i just wanted to talk about this and hope that there is something out there

Well saying a mod someone worked on for free and took hours to create that other most likely enjoy is "garbage" just makes it so nobody will do what you want since you want to be a jerk about it.

You could have made this rant way more respectful. Yeah this isn't going to change because nobody is gonna wanna make mods to please people like you lmao.

i don't expect anyone to make anything tailored to me nor do i expect anything to change. its a rant post about something i don't like. you cant really make that "respectful". plus i don't see the issue when everyone else likes the mod. why do i need to be respectful when the opinion of the thing is already mostly positive? my criticism doesn't get attention that way. plus its not like im posting it on the mods pages to begin with and the mod authors likelihood of actually seeing this is slim.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is only one skin pack that has the weirdly boobified pals (T-box?). All you need to do is not use it. Most animation packs are generally compatible with source-accurate pals. Although I lament that Jackal pack is apparently abandoned. Especially now with 1.0 adding more pals and changing some previous ones' looks. I hope someone who likes the original looks of pals will appear and become our savior.

Jackal himself has since stepped away due to drama in the modding scene here taking its toll on him needlessly, but there are 2 or 3 people he left his work to in the mean time, so they're just in the process of updating everything appropriately for the near 290 pals the game has if we all remember.

 

You want to keep up with Bakkas, Zen-Dragon, and xMenar at the least for updates on the rebranded "PrimalPals" pack when it comes to non-anthro edits for pals.
