Bug with male NPCs having both genitals (some npc has male and the others female)

Hi, I recently installed the Immersive $ Adults collection + I&A Plus collection + Some mods of the Next Gen Graphic collection (mostly armors and random non performance stuff) and some more mods like oSimpleDefeat, OsimpleAssault and so. Also TNG and HIMBO and I dont know if thats the problem.

The problem was I was testing in Whiterun Guards Barraks and like 80% of guards has dicks and the rest vagina but with male body. I have checked in lot of things, reinstalled, checked the mod rules, etc. Also edited the obody NG .json to let male pick the HIMBO plugin and female the BHUNP one. I disables HIMBO and let only TNG stillt he same. Checked MCM settings in both Ostim and TNG, I cannot fix this problem. 

Anybody has a clue what could be causing this?

 

Note: also I have this other error whenever I load a save, the game works fine AFAIK but maybe its related?. Probably because some mods fromt here are outdated.

EDIT: I found the culprit for the ostim error message, it was the traslation mod. I removed, redeployed, I dont have the error anymore but the body problem its still present. I remove the screenshot of the error to avoid confusions. 

 

EDIT 2: I reverted to the first immersive & adult collection profile I had, only the mods there. With virtuvia all fine, when I installed the new gentleman its when its messed up. 99% its that mod fault but dunno how to fix

FIXED: The problem was the 4.2.5. version of TNG, downgraded to 4.0.6 and the problem was fixed.
