Is there a mod that makes it so vampires have to feed more often?

Something like the stages increasing once every 12 hours instead of once a day, and/or feeding only reducing your hunger by a step? I think it'd play well with the cum drinking vampires mods here.

I think you should try Sacrosanct. This mod introduces many changes, including the fact that the more you feed on mortals, the faster you level up as a vampire. Additionally, you can adjust a range of options in the MCM. Sacrosanct

I already have scion for vampire overhauls because it has a patch that lets you regenerate stuff in the shade. I didn't see anything in Sacrosanct that makes you need to feed more, but it's possible I missed it.
