Sexlab mods mixed with regular mods to create interesting situations

My apologies if there is a thread already created like this, I did a search and could not find anything close. 

 

I have Defeat, random sex, and a few other sexlab mods installed. I recently installed this zombie mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9318/? along with all the immersive patrols, "populated mods" and "random encounters" to bring either food for the zombies or more action in general. I have to say, it has a resulted in non-stop, sometimes hilarious action. I'll walk into zombie orgies most of the time. Talk about a sense of panic... having 15 zombies chasing you with the possibility of them taking turns on you. Where will i go?? I can't jump in the water for risk of hypothermia. If the zombies catch me, they will certainly have their way with me or my follower, in the meantime I'm really, REALLY hungry because of the basic need mod. 

 

I'm loving the zombie/survival mix this has created.

Here's a list of the mods I'm currently running. I had to uninstall the hunger/sleep/bathe mod I had. I narrowed it down to that mod that was making my game crash. Honestly I'm wondering if there is a hunger/thirst/sleep mod out there that isn't super buggy and causes me to crash [help if you know one]  Iv'e tried so many of them it's ridiculous. I don't have a ton of graphic mods at the moment due to the fact I have so many npcs running around, I'm adding them slowly to see how it all runs together.

 

I do run enb though.

 

Due to the massive amounts of zombies I added extra guards/militia with THIS mod? . They get beat up pretty quick but they respawn eventually. Also "Protected NPCs - No More Sad Songs"  [couldn't get link to work] so that merchants and quest givers don't get killed by the zombies.

Yea I use population mods: ASIS and OBIS to make Skyrim's forest a player's worst nightmare...

 

I also use a lvld list that makes all bandits male.
