3BA with UBE Anus; protrude 'stuck' in-game

Changing the * Ube - Anus Protrude * slider value in Bodyslide shows the mesh visibily pushing outwards, yet when viewed in-game, the mesh remains unaffacted; the only visible change is the UV mapping around what should otherwise be the affected area.

I've tried zeroed sliders, low values, high values, reinstalling XP32, CBPC, downloading different versions and changing the load order, but nothing makes a difference.

I'm running Skyrim 1.5.97.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you confuse UV with normalmaps? I'm not aware of any Skyrim component that's dynamically adjusting the UV.

As far as I understand, when a mesh changes scale/form, it effectively 'modifies' the UV coordinates, therefore stretching, or squeezing the appearance of any subsequent textures, such as the diffuse, specular and normal, etc.

In this scenario, the texture accurately reflects the change, but the mesh does not.

My modding knowledge is very limited, though, so it's very possible that I'm wrong.

What you're seeing is the polygons changing size which makes it look like the texture was essentially moving. The UV itself isn't moving anywhere.

Edit: The UV is a 2D mapping from the 3D model's polygons onto the texture surface. This mapping never changes, regardless of where the polygons get rendered in the game - it does not care about CBPC's bouncy tits, or your sword animation.

Anyhow, back on topic, If I were you I'd save a preset from RaceMenu and make sure there isn't a negative morph applied for that slider (or any other slider that affects the same area).
