Another issue when trying to apply the underwear to Hinako's Pajama's.

I tried, but just loading up the game leads to a crash when it switches from the quartet launcher to the first game unless I return the original pak file

Might be missing something, a texture thats not used all the time, some games like to hide certain things until its "required" so maybe its one of those, alternatively, might be sharing something with something else?

Do you think we can expect decensor mod, in order to keep the QoL of Quartet remake and put back all that was censored and lost between original and quarted ?

might be easier to do but as you can see above, its hard to mod due to some kind of conflict, need more time to tell whats happening but am sure there will be someone what will do it, there usually is XD

If we are able to get a decensor mod going hopefully we can get the DLC from the original restored via a Restored Content mod.
