Is there a way to see the filename of my character's current animation or idle pose?

Sorry if this is common knowledge, but I'm still pretty new to the game.

I'm currently trying to get rid of an idle/animation that's really annoying, but I can't figure out which mod is causing it. Apparently my character is traumatized—I'm not sure. With every step I take, she falls to the ground, clutches her head, and twitches, opening her mouth way too wide. It's just grotesque.

Is there any way I can see the name of this animation somewhere right when it happens? That would be very helpful. I'm not getting anywhere by turning the mods on and off, restarting the game, and checking to see if anything has changed.

Thanks for your help.

OAR has an animation log, but I don't know if it logs all animations or only the ones it has replaced. That's where I'd start regardless, as it's most likely the only thing that's anywhere close to what you're asking for.

If it's not visible in OAR, as in, it doesn't log non-replaced animations and the animation is not added by OAR itself then I would search through all pex files in all mods (including in BSA archives) for SendAnimationEvent. I've made a tool that can do this job. It's available upon request.

The animation was by Dirt & Blood. If the character is too dirty, that's what it does. The mouth that was open too wide is gone now. I don't know how I did that. I used HighPolyHead and those COR mods. Something must have interfered with the facial animation and distorted it. At least it's gone now.
