lf larger pregnant belly mod(s)

Hi everyone. Pretty simple ask, I'm looking for mods to increase the size of pregnant sims bellies :P. I have a pretty big thing for pregnancy, and a very big belly is part of that. And the regular size in the game just doesn't cut it for me! And neither does that pregnancy overhaul mod...I'm not really looking for *hyper* stuff, moreso just like... exagerrated if that makes sense. I've seen stuff like this elsewhere online. Thank you in advance!

Ooooh?! How do you hack the LMS mod?

As always, back up your files in case something goes wrong.

  1. Open the .package in S4PE, in my case MuchBiggerThanEAsBelly.
  2. Pregnancy size values are in the second XML (0xB61...), so right-click the entry and Export To File and it'll save an external copy you can edit.* (It's best to keep the default filename, as that auto-parses the correct Type details during import.)
  3. Open that with your preferred text editor, then Ctrl-F to find keys "15298" (first trimester), "15301" (second), and "15302" (third). Within each block there's a tag "apply_new_value" with a decimal between 0 and 1 that defines the belly size at that stage. The mod's defaults are 0.5/0.75/0.95, I upped mine to 0.5/0.85/1. I think 1 is the upper cap and it won't render sizes beyond that. You may note "In Labor" is its own stage and is set to 1.
  4. Save the file, then right-click the entry in S4PE and choose Import From File, select your edited XML, leave all the options as they appear and click OK. The original entry will appear crossed out with your replacement below it.
  5. Save the .package in S4PE and you're good to go!

It's a small change against the base game sliders, but compounded with other mods it adds that bit more. ;)

* I thought it could be edited within S4PE itself but I may need to update my version.
