What you will find are several fantasy-style or otherwise 'lore-friendly' guns - arquebus, musket, flintlock rifle, magic energy rifle, etc. Modern-style weapons are certainly doable, but I don't think I've ever seen them in Skyrim outside some really niche Russian modding, and I have no idea where to look for that sort of thing.
