When communicating with a friendly NPC, the mod adds one branching dialogue with a choice of actions and text output to the log (along with different time and stamina costs), which have an 18+ nature. In general, the mod is very simple and quite easy to modify for your personal needs, or not. You can do whatever you want with its code, or just look at how it is implemented.

 

Do not forget to remove from the "random" line, types of fetishes that you do not like (so far there are only restrictions on the gender of the character and npc).

There are two localizations, Russian and English, with participation in the translation of Ai. With so much text, I wouldn't have done better anyway.
