i am not familiar with the nuances of bg3 modding 
how possible is it to make a mod where nps dynamically pair up on occasion and have sex animations with each other.
BG3 is almost "feature complete " when it comes to its lewd mod library 
sex in combat
defeat sex
pregnancy
nude body, and lewd clothing replacer 
kinky devices 
all we are missing really is dynamic sex outside of combat

I agree with that, i think that we already have a good number animations mods but what we are lacking now are really more gameplay mods that makes good use of it with autonomies etc and if possilbe custom campaigns with nsfw focuses as well
