Spells to force sex/masturbation as a play style

Hello, I'm just picking up Skyrim again after some time away, and was curious if I could make an overpowered Succubus that could basically walk into a bandit camp and force everyone around her to sex themselves to death while she feeds on their sexual energy.

To this idea, are there are any mods that allow you to make those around you basically get uncontrollably horny so they stop everything and just start masturbating/having sex with each other? I don't want a defeat mod, I want to be able do a "succubus dance" that causes everyone around me to start sexing each other. Preferably, this would be linked with a drain-type effect so I could heal (or fill a soul gem or something), allowing me to use it to defeat enemies and play the game fully.

The closest I remember seeing was something like Estrus, but I'd want that to at least do damage to my enemies.

I'm not opposed to making a custom mod for this, but it would be my first, so any resources you think would be good to start with would be excellent.

I have code related to this if you want to make it yourself. I made myself spells to increase arousal ranging from single target to a dragon shout that covers a large area. Combine this with a random sex mod with an arousal check and you should be quite close to what you're looking for.
