I'm having an issue with Sim genders and body parts. I set the body part settings to Futanari, but when the game randomly generates new female Sims, they still spawn as normal females without male genitalia.

This causes a weird visual glitch during animations. For example, when a Sim masturbates, the animation runs a male animation sequence, but since they don't actually have a male organ, it looks completely glitched and off.

I noticed this clearly when I opened a retail store in-game and looked at the randomly generated Sims that spawned. Is there a way to fix this or force the randomized Sims to actually apply the Futanari body parts properly?
