crashing at every door can't enter cities

Using virtually the same mods I did in my last playthrough (also on 1.597) I'm crashing literally at 80% of all doors, and whenever i enter a city.

 

What could be the cause of this? I recently downgraded from 1.6 to 1.597, but the last time I played on 1597 I would crash maybe once a day at most.
