Island Notes — Adult Mod (Nudity + English)

⚠️ 18+ / Adult content. A free, fan-made mod for Island Notes (孤岛笔记).

Not affiliated with the developer. You must own the game.

Features

- Nude characters — permanent "don't show armor" effect on the island girls.

- English dialogue & voices — the interactions (hug / kiss / caress / look) and some ambient lines are translated and voiced in English, so non-Chinese players can follow along. No more: You hurt me.

***now with persistant voice: every girl=1voice(intro, affection, ambiant)***

- Recolored skin — a softer, even skin tone, applied automatically.

- No cheats — affinity is earned normally, exactly like the base game.

BepInEx is bundled — nothing else to download.

 

Notes

- Free mod — please never resell it. Requires the original game.

- Tested on game build GuDao106. A game update may need a mod update.

- Some antivirus flag winhttp.dll (the BepInEx loader) as a false positive — it's the standard mod loader.

- Bundled loader: BepInEx (LGPL-2.1) — github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx.

  Installation

  Method A — Installer (easiest)

  1. Close the game.

  2. Extract the zip, then double-click install.bat. It finds your game and installs everything (the voice pack is ~80 MB, give it a few seconds).

    - If Windows SmartScreen warns: More info → Run anyway. The script only copies files into your game folder — you can read it in Notepad.

  3. Launch the game.

  Method B — Manual

  1. Close the game.

  2. Copy winhttp.dll, doorstop_config.ini, .doorstop_version, and the BepInEx and dotnet folders into your game folder (Steam → Island Notes → Browse local files, next to GuDao106.exe). Merge folders if asked.

  3. Launch the game.

  Uninstall

  Delete BepInEx\plugins\IslandNotesNSFW.dll and the BepInEx\plugins\IslandNotesNSFW folder.

Excellent mod - but one annoying bug id they keep "giving me honey drink" (when they aren't) - I guess it's a mis-mapped audio ?
