Better/faster than going through all 3000+ errors one by one and fixing them? No not really. You may find however that fixing one problem will get rid of several errors.

 

If you don't want to get into scripting, then:

1. Nuke your current mod setup and start over.
2. Be more careful with the mods you install in the future.
3. Test more often. Don't install 100 mods in one go. Don't uninstall scripted mods mid-playthrough unless you know how to use ReSaver and can deal with the potential consequences.
