For the impregnation and cum inside/outside options — good suggestions, I'll add them.

About the court scene changing permanently — I tested this myself and couldn't reproduce the issue. Could you send me some screenshots showing what happens? That way I can compare and see what's going on, and optimize accordingly.

I'm not a mod dev so I don't know if this is possible but this is my suggestion.

The player character leads the harem and chooses who participates: slaves, lovers, wives, soulmates, or any willing character with sufficient attraction (or who accepts due to hooks). Before the scene starts, the player selects participants from their court or realm and assigns each a number so characters can be moved around during the scene.
 

Core Features:

Participant Selection: Choose anyone willing to attend. Up to 10 participants to avoid lag.
 

Position Panel: Assign numbers to participants. Save presets using number format (which character occupies which number slot) to rotate positions in the harem. Include a random shuffle button for quick setup and a "finish with all" button for mass impregnation.
 

Impregnation Tracking: Flag specific participants during the thing. Control which receive cum effects and which get their pussy filled, thus becoming impregnated.
 

Visual Effects: Toggle cum effects on participants during the scene.
 

Saved Presets: Save custom position arrangements tied to participant numbers (not specific characters). The player can rotate through saved harem setups quickly without reassigning manually each time.
 

Control Panel: After the thing fires, a panel controls all positions and presets. All members are gather around the player waiting.
 

Workflow: Player chooses willing characters from their pool, assigns them numbers, arranges them into positions, then saves that configuration as a reusable preset.
 

Developer Tasks: Build this system plus create the actual positions the player can choose from and assign numbers to and the panel for control after it has fired.

I’m not sure why, but everyone is crammed onto the same bed to keep warm. I guess it might be caused by a conflict with some mod, which is preventing the scene from switching.

Looks like the scene transition or positioning script got stuck, so everyone is being assigned to the same bed.Either that—or they’ve discovered the most efficient heating system in the realm. 😂

I only enabled Carnalitas + CBO + DTP, and the result was the same. It looks like it’s not a mod conflict.

If I enable debug mode right clicking on a person will crash the game.
