HDT Heels?

So, I know the mod page on Nexus itself has a tutorial on how to apply the HDT heel effect to shoes. Problem is, the instructions there are written using severely broken English, and since I'm also completely new to the CK, I'm completely lost.
I'm trying to HDTHeelify some shoes (Gatti's Jewelry Heels / Tera Bodyslide CBBE sets come to mind). If someone could post a step-by-step, idiot-proof guide on how to heelify shoes, or otherwise upload an edited .esp (using items from the BAMM! collection and Tomcat's Tera bodyslide conversions), that'd be absolutely super.

Never mind, worked out how to do it - except the meshes aren't done properly, so all for naught haha.
