Mod list for play regula magistri with a nice looking harem?

Can some one advice me on what load order to use for getting nice looking girls for regula magistri?

 

Now i only have carnalitas and cbo, what next?

Looking on steam is full of beauty options, not know where to start.

Need something that slow down aging,

 

Yes i want beauty but must respect the trait system, the female char must look good only if she get beauty trait

 

Gona play on a classic ck3 world, not gona use AGOT or elder scrolls.

For your reference, but maybe need to update mods for newest version.

I'm using the mod "Beauty is beauty" to make character more beautiful, it works well. The only problem is that the "beauty" trait now turns even ugly chars into beauties, so u should not be surprised if after removing "beauty" trait, your wives become... 😅. I usually removed "beauty" trait 1st when I saw a beautiful char who has that trait, then added the trait back (easily do that with debug-mode), if she is real beauty (without "beauty" trait), yes she'll become my wife, if not, ignore her 😝.
