I'm also using Black Male Raiders - and for some reason, even though dogs are in the "off" position for possible encounters, they still show up. Sometimes, they will show up and start attacking other assailants, no matter who they are. Or sometimes they will attack me while I'm trying to reply to dialogue. I am sometimes also getting White gunners spawning with Black Male Raiders. Why? Any help would be appreciated.
