Headpart gets reset

I have an issue that I cannot figure out what could be causing it: my headpart gets reset after around 5 seconds. It behaves as if I have YPS installed (for a single frame- head blinks, hair physics get reset, any expressions revert to default, and skin overlays are reloading), but it is not in my load order.

 

The only mod that I know that I have active that interacts with a head is Being a Cow, but it is not even started yet.

Also, whenever a headpart resets, I have noted some additional side effects:

- game stutters

- If I jump during reset- it also resets my velocity, and I will be sliding on a ground in a falling animation for a few seconds

 

Logs and console has nothing, though I will attach them just in case.

UPDATE, turns out that it was indeed BAC.

For future Googlers, the most like cause I'd say for a set of symptoms like this is mods that change the player's race and the vanilla Sanguinare Vampiris spell.
