Sim not reacting to incest and missing pie menu item

I have two things going on, not sure if they're related.

 

I have the WW inappropriate unlock. I have enabled "allow family" via MCCC. And I have also turned off the "extended family" thing in Lumpinou's RPO that was overriding WW/MCCC allowing incest. My Sims are able to have romantic interactions, vanilla woohoo/mess around, and have sex via WW. I am NOT using the "universal incest" option in WW, which should allow only characters I've given the trait to to engage with it.

 

I started this save/storyline back in 2023 and at that time, my brother/sister coupling got caught by their mom. I very distinctly remember she reacted, got a negative moodlet (something about how "this ends now" or "this has to stop" related to the incest). I never got to finish out that story because I lost access to my gaming PC. So I decided to restart it once I had a way to play again, but now mom is not reacting when she catches them. In fact, at one point she asked to join despite not having the trait herself. This definitely didn't happen in my first playthrough, either.

 

So that's problem 1. I'm not sure why she isn't reacting negatively, or why she's asking to join without the trait. I don't have the "respect relationship" box checked in WW, but that only mentions romantic relationships--not familial ones.

 

Problem 2 is while trying to troubleshoot this scenario, I decided to just have mom use the "stop that" interaction by clicking on the Sims who were in a WW animation. Only to find my "stop that" button is gone. I have no idea why and it's always been there before. The only results I'm finding online for any of this is "update your mods." Well they are, I can say that with a high level of certainty.

 

Any ideas what's going on?
