[HELP] Female Sims stuck in Allow All Gender mode

I tried having a threesome with 1 male and 2 girls, however it would used MMF animations alongside the normal MFF.

I checked their genders and set them to default:

Gender Role: Female + Disallow Any Gender

Sexual Role: Bottom

 

Still the MMF stayed. I checked the Gender Recognition settings and it was normal too. Genders roles were set based on sex (vagina or penis). But they still acted as both.

I checked 1 on 1 animations and the gay or MM animations were still there for the Male + Female couple.

The only thing that seems to functioning correctly is the Sexual Role (top or bottom) where the actual male was never penetrated, if a male bottom was needed one of the females was picked.

 

What's causing this? I've fiddled with everything and couldn't make it work. Only option left would be to do a full settings reset and then apply every custom setting I want (like Global Nude) again which would be tedious.
