How do i put a penis on a pre existing female npc?

Hi. 

 

I am stuck. i have searched through my Whicked settings and also CAS via cheat mode to open fullcCASedit mode. i can see that i can make a female into a male. but all i want to do is easily make a pre existing female npc become futa. have a cock. Whats the simplest way to do this please? my female player is making some nice female friends that i want to be futa and act as during sex. I wish there was a simple whicked setting that says ' change to futa' that i click and it just adds a cock to a female    Can anyone help please.

You can change it from the body selector.

I think you can change it using the "Genital Modification" option.

aaaaaaah ok. thank you. I will check that. I guess from that i can select females and make ALL females in the game futa?

I think it needed to be applied to each individual Sim, but yeah.
