CTD on every loading screen after entering game.

Current plugins, SKSE up to date, BOSS used multiple times, FINIS used every time. I can enter the game, but the second I enter a new area via load screen, CTD. Same for saving a game, try to save and CTD. All of these installed via NMM, game works perfectly, animations and everything run. Not super computer savvy, so any help would be much appreciated.

try manually moving the mods load orders, Chesko_WearableLantern.esp should follow frostfall I think but check the authors requirements. BOSS won't recognize everything so ensure logical load orders are in place and change around manually (follow authors instructions)

Its likely Civil War Overhaul.esp though, disable it and try again but load a new saved game first (a game that hasn't had any spawns or scripts ran then load your current game. You could also be running low on system resources (VRAM) its resource intensive

 

Any mod that spawns or runs randon scripts can cause conflicts that you wont know are happening so start there first (disable climates of tamriel etc and try again as an example.)  Also try, load a fresh saved game first if you are having random ctd's, then load the saved game from there.  Sometimes loading a saved game that is expecting a script to run immediately causes ctd, loading a clean saved game first can allow the script to run cleanly after the game has already loaded if that makes sense.  Its hard to know without seeing logs etc.  Good luck

Honestly, I would try removing the populated Cities series first. While I usually think its a go to method of people to cut down on scripted mods, you simply just have way too many NPCs in your game. The game has limits on population moreso now than actual scripted mods.

 

NOW if you are CTDing and its all over windhelm, thats a different story and is most likely the cause of Civil War Overhaul not being able to be ran in your setup.
