WW Not Allowing Multiple Marriages Even With Open Relationship Switch On

When I first started out on my quest for polygamy l, I found that it worked, until I exited the game. When I started it up again, my character is only married to one of the characters I had married in my original playthrough. I tried toggling the Open Relationships off and on, and that didn't work. It locks me out of any other relationship going to marriage. I have WW + OpenLove and am in consensual non-exclusive relationships with all attempted marriages. Help? I am up to date on both mods.
