Look, I apologize, and I don't fully know what he did to you. I can understand if you don't want to put your trust in him after he broke your trust somehow. What I DO know, is that if everyone involved can't find some way to patch things up and settle this rough patch, the Palworld Sex Framework Modding Community in its current state is essentially a dead man walking. And the entirety of lewding Palworld beyond just 'Nude Mods' is essentially DOA unless someone either rebuilds an entirely different framework from the ground up, or this spat gets resolved.

It's pretty simple overall... the older versions even down to 0.0.1 are available in the archive of the original creator of sCake... so it was NEVER gone, just the URL changed for directly here to a googledrive.

 

That this change will come and even instructions can be read in the news of sCake Discord and got ignored for months.... and now the creators were called to action, possible solutions: just investing a bit time and updating the jsons like other animations creators did aswell, or getting help with that (for example I made fixed jsons for the new version because I made something like a AI controlled converter for that)
Or.... they could have just changed the link in their animations download pages here with the googledrive into the right archive folder.

 

And yeah, of course it's suspicious if someone just publishes something they didn't work on, just to spread the rumor that "the old version is no more available!" while it is.

 

The Real thing is, Jez-Dragon hurts not Michael from sCake, because he works on a universal solution for ALL Unreal Games, so he is as you all can imagine really unimpressed and just continues his work in another games community for tests instead of focusing on palworld.

 

The real Victims are thousands of palworld adult mod users, Jez-dragon did a so well job, that noone else started to work on an alternative, and now there we're... 1 month before the official release, no time to build now an alternative and hundreds of thousands people who start to play again, will check this board here and see: oh... there is a complete system for adult stuff, but the matching meshes are gone.... ok so nothing to see here!

 

So I don't see the problem from the creator of scake.... especially not after that move of just releasing his work without his agreement while this whole thread here is made to say by the other side "don't reupload my stuff" it's like someone shooting with a gun while he yells "don't shoot me".

I can see your frustration there, but I talked to michael an he seem to be a relative cold headed guy.... but if I would lead a discord and 2-3 times a day, someone asks exactly these questions.... and then there comes someone with a catalogue of all these several times answered questions again... I may would have banned you too... not because it's wrong to ask... but because I would feel like I get "mentally troll ddos'ed" 

 

And to answer your question on the screen: if you're banned for asking these questions... who could you have wrote exactly the last message then?

 

So.... stop the trolling and act like an adult on a website for adult content.... this whole behaviour is completly destructive and hits the wrong targets for something like a personal difference.

 

And to make it clear: I don't know what exactly happened .... but I'm also not interested into answers of that.... drama and conflicts have to get solved between these who have this conflict, this whole "here look how bad xy is, lets push him out" is exactly what destroys the whole online culture.

where did the link to said google drive get moved to I cant find it and all prior versions are taken down, they ban anyone who messages in other servers period it doesnt matter what you send the purpose of that is to remove anyone who would go looking for context

Unfortunately, due to the people involved and holding most of the sticks, there is no "resolution" to be made.

 

The framework creator could opt to not escalate drama (and not act like a victim afterwards), which would at least reduce reasons for the people who literally make the content for said framework to not bother working past any given version or not waiting for an alternative to come by with a more amenable person, and in following the remaining users/consumers can just have a nice place to be degenerates in.

 

It's like a grocery store owner getting mad at his suppliers in this case.

I find it crazy how even a place where we all go to just blow off sexual steam somehow keeps ending up with mostly senseless drama. Happened in the Skyrim forum, pretty sure it happened in Fallout NV, and now Palworld. I just wish we could all jack/jill it like civil gooners.

Furries are some of the most emotionally unstable people out there and the results are seen in every group they stick their nose into. They make exclusive hugboxes on Discord and similar, so when they encounter real people that don't go "uwu ur so cute" at them every other sentence, they emotionally implode and cause all sorts of drama.

I can't even argue with that analysis because even the Skyrim drama backs that up. A damn shame though regardless. It's also because of situations like this that I have been grabbing any NSFW mod I could find whenever I see em, even if I don't have the game. However that means needing way too much storage for it all. I implore any modder who sees this, don't continue this trend, it's a damn shame to have all the lost/dead mods we already have, we don't need to keep adding to it just because of some words. At the end of the day, we're all just squirrels trying to get a nut or two.

It's fine, people already have his mod and are redistributing it like crazy if you know where to look. You can't delete things off the internet that easily.

Project JZ will very much continue to exist and receive updates and new Pals. After all, Altermatic is no longer required for it so it is completely disconnected from Michael's mods~

And lastly, nobody hurt my feelings. The issue is the situation has gotten so vile, that I am simply not going to support it for any longer.

Then why have you locked out access to your mods outside your own personal Discord? In fact, what is even the point of this thread if you're still are actually working on the mods?

But yeah, surely pulling everything off Loverslab is a rational and calculated decision and not a knee-jerk reaction to your fee fees being hurt. For one, Jackal's Den is not my personal discord. It's just (one of) a (few) server(s) not affiliated with the main source of drama in the Palworld scene. The link is provided so it's not locking out anything.

And another reason is how the whole situation was handled in here and especially regarding PalMagic which was instantly taken down, without even the author being informed based on baseless "stolen code" allegations, even though it is very much different from Altermatic.

Excuse me.... but the most people today play modded games for decades already.... and we all know how such things work and what people do.

 

Taking everything from a Platform like Loverslab to a private Discord is "gatekeeping to decide who is worth to get it" and creating an own echo chamber.... so getting people there and only allow people there who follow "the leader" to profit from the content..... instead of just letting everyone have fun with it and letting the own system just being in open competition to the alternatives.

 

And tbh.... it's abusing Loverslabs.... because without Loverslabs the most adult creators would just be loners and not being able to find fans and a user community build.... but instead of giving back atleast releases on Loverslab, you hide it in your own little "kingdom" and just grab people here.... infact you're a person with king syndrome  and not able to see what example Loverslab made possible for you and your friends to publish your stuff.

 

 

EDIT: And beside of that... how I wrote before... drama is fine.... I worked decades ago on Ultima Online Scripts and stuff and we also had Competitors.... we just called it "flamewars" these days instead of drama... Have them.... and if you don't want to have these dramas in Direct Messages, feel free to have them in public, people can get entertained with it and enjoy their popcorn.... as long as basic community guidelines are always respected.

So we can't get this mod on a reputable site any more huh. Dang... I was hyped for an update near the 1.0 release. Came back after months of waiting just to see that UnfairJackle's mod was discontinued, picked up, renamed, and then removed. *sigh* I just know that 1.0 is going to break everything and I'll be back to sorting thru hundreds of slap-some-mellons-on-it-and-call-it-good trash on Nexus.

It sucks that the drama has gotten to the point where people have to take down mods for the sake of it. Especially given how the situation was handled with a competitor to altermatic. A baseless accusation of stolen code was enough to get it taken down apparently. Honestly if I were the LL admins I'd just remove the palworld forum completely. It's gotten to the point where nothing else good can come out of it.
