Transgender Sim questions

Hello all!
I have a transgender sim, who I don't want to have a period at all. He's been on testosterone for years, so he wouldn't have a period at this point. Is there any way to remove his period for just him, not all sims? Additionally, every time i enter CAS he has a penis again, when he hasn't had bottom surgery yet and therefore shouldn't have a penis. This is fixed by tweaking his wicked settings, but it's happened several times and I'm a bit confused. Is there any way to make the change permanent? 

Similarly, I was also wondering if there's any CC for specifically ftm trans sims? The sim I speak about in this post has rather large bottom growth, and I would love to see that in game if possible.

You can give the Sim this Wicked Attribute:

 

Or change the setting in CAS so that the Sim cannot get pregnant!

 

As for CAS - just ignore it, it's unfortunately a limitation of the game engine, as long as the genitals are correct in-game that's all that should matter.

He already has that wicked attribute, and his CAS settings are set to "neither" for pregnancy. I may just have another mod with periods, i'll have to look into that!
