hungbrod Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Hey guys, no trolls and please be respectful. I don't play Sims 4 WW everyday, maybe like 4x a week, and when I do it's usually 5 hours of straight gooning. (I'm a male, if it's relevant). Used to watch porn like 2x a week for an hour but after playing some WW I just can't really go back to porn mainly because everytime I watch it it feels pretty disconnected from me like I'm not the guy in the scene and that sort of fucks with me and kills my boner. In the Sims I play as myself, making it feel way more immersive/intimate, interactive. If I go on a several hours binge session (usually only happens if I haven't played at all for a week) my dick might feel sore and maybe my steps counter will suffer a bit from not being outside walking around as much, and my social life for that particular day might be a little more quiet (cause of time spent). I don't think there's anything morally wrong at all with what I'm doing, just wondering it what I'm doing currently is too much. Also wondering if anyone is doing the same or more, and they're totally fine in their work/school and relationships. Thanks

In my opinion, I'd say yes, that is way too much and it sounds like you're already somewhat aware of that. 4 times a week, 5 hour sessions is about 20 hours a week lost just to "gooning". That's a part-time job that's doing nothing for you except reinforcing what seems like a behavioral addiction loop. It's not up to me to tell you to stop. Keep going if you want, it's your life. But that sounds very unhealthy to me and I say this because I relate, somewhat. Not necessarily gooning, but I do a lot of writing with Sims as a medium. Scenes, posing, screenshotting, etc. It's a big time-sink and I tend to get obsessed, which has affected my life. I find it's best for me to do it when I have nothing else to do. Which is not very common and will continue to become more uncommon as my life goes on. Which kind of sucks, but I'd rather enjoy life than spend the majority of my day Simming.
