Do you still update the game?

After patch with ingame shop all my cc started crash on my game, so i pirated older vesion and stoped all the updates, and now i see folks uploading their sims, but i cants use the them because they were crated in newer version of the game, is this issue with cc resolved itself with patches or not?

It generally is for most players, myself included. Unfortunately for some, their specific hardware and software configuration is giving them unique errors with the recent updates.

If you are starting over with a fresh install, you should be fine. I believe the handful of people still experiencing problems were all people who got the bad update followed by the hotfix. People who skipped the bad update had no problems. 

 

NB: As far as I know! Not promising anything.

There is a software out there that helps you find out which CC is broken or something but I don't remember the name or if it works with script mods too: if you think you might have a problem of this type, look for it.
