Teens cant change outfits

Just wandering if anyone else has ran across this before. I havent done anything that I can think of to cause it. I started a

new game and game is up to date....with the exception of the big update for tommorrow...and noticed when I was trying tp 

have my two teens in the household change outfits, they never would. The mother and father could, one adult and one young adult.

I did reboot laptop and deleted localthumbcache and simetexturecahce and still doing this.

Well after going through my mods folder I finally figured out what the culprit was. I hadnt added anything for a little while and I also hadnt

had a household with any teens in forever. I wasnt sure if what was going on as the teens could do everyhting except change outfits. I did find 

out they could change outfits at a dresser only, mirror would not work just as the pie menu. I had a feeling it was the Primavera remote vibe mod

as it does not work with teens. After removing everything was back to normal. I even done a game repair before hand and was puckered those few

minutes hoping EA wouldnt slip tommorrows update in on me. So if anyone else runs into this issue and you have this mod just remove it, my guess 

is that maybe the patch on 4/28 might have had a little bit to do with it.
