Perk mod replacer (female)

Is there a mod that turns all the perks into female characters. the one on nexus only does the top few i want all the pip boy gone. the animations would be nice too.

This is actually pretty cool. Looks like no development since 2024 is the project abandoned then?

There will be no update, because the author didn`t play Fallout 4 anymore (look the comments there)
