Bypassing the intro. All of the intro

I did the intro up until you wake up and go through character gen. Then coc'ed over to Neon as a street rat. Gonna play a little prolog as a Neon street rat and then coc meyself back to the start. 

If you have done something like this. How did you enable scanning?

In console.

DumpInputEnableLayers
 

One layer will have scanners and fast travel disabled. In my case it was layer "0". The following console command enabled both

 

ResetInputEnableLayer 0

If you plan on hijacking a ship, give yourself some piloting skills. Repeat the command to add more levels in piloting.

I did something different that what I planned. I coc'd to the NAF Surrender cell to see what I could do with that mod and triggered a capture. Just went with it from there.
