Block Negating Spell Damage

Hey. I was wondering if anyone knows of a mod that negates spell damage when blocking. Here's an example, just to be clear about what I have in mind; If I'm actively blocking and facing an NPC who's casting Lightning Bolt directly on me, I'd receive no damage.

 

I was using one in my previous installation but I started over recently and I can't remember its name- Other similar mods I've found are great at what they do but they don't exactly work like that.
