How to upload a download file?

Sorry, but I'm not very experienced... I wanted to make my wife's download available so someone could create a scenario with her and post the photos... (It's a simple sim, without special clothes, mods, or anything else) how do I make our couple's download available?

You'll need this. Once installed correctly you can use it to extract and sim or lot saved to your library. You can chose between with or without cc. The program will also compress the files into a zip file that you can then upload.
