This is the Kaldorei Queen's Royal Vestments transmog set from World of Worldcraft adapted for Skyrim SE.

 

Mod Description:

1. Designed for CBBE 3BA body type. No male variant available.

2. Comes in cloth (unarmored) and light armor variants.

3. both variants are craftable at the forge and the light armor variant is temperable at the work bench. No prerequisite requirements to craft so it will be available for craft at the start of the adventure.

4. Outfit has five pieces: Head, Torso, Hands, Waist and Feet.

5. Kaldorei Queen Vestments textures were remastered using AI software Upscayl.

 

Requirements:

1. CBBE 3BA: The outfit is designed specifically for this body type and its physics. You'll all of this mods requirements as well.

2. BodySlide and Outfit Studio: Need for building the outfit models to fit your character.
