Stuttering and Lag

 For some odd reason, when I last launched Skyrim, I started experience game-breaking stuttering and lag. Whenever I'm near a light source, or outside, and I try to move my mouse, the screen freezes. After a few seconds, it flashes, then skyirm lights up and dims. This continues as long as I attempt to move my mouse. I use reallike enb, with climates of tamriel as the only graphic enhancing mods. I've also already used texture optimizer as well.

 Exactly what should I be looking for? Due to the fact that my computer is quite weak, I've disabled most things in my ini file, such as shadows.

Might not be a graphics related issue, just a resources issue.

 

Try temporarily disabling:

Grass on Steroids

Imaginator

Better Quest objectives

Climates of Tamriel

OBIS

Deadly Dragons

Civil War Overhaul

 

Load the game and see if problem is gone. If problem is gone, you are running too many resource intensive mods.

If problem is there still, your enb settings are no good.
