related marriages don't work

Hello, i have a problem since the royalty update, 

If one of my sims is related with its spouse, for example cousin (yes real nobility gameplay) when i marry the sims, they are married, but when i go to CAS and back to the world, or when i switch family... or travel ... the marriage and partner ship is deleted, they are still full romance bar, but no "titles"

i can confirm it is due to either MCCC or WW because when i don't have them in the game, the titles stays between CAS/WORLD
