xsixkillerx Posted April 20 Posted April 20 (edited) I'm having a really difficult time getting some models lined up with the skeleton, I tried Outfit Studio, and there were pieces upside down in game, they show up at least, so I'm doing something right... One of the hurdles I'm having is when I load up the base Assaultron model (I think its the right one) in Outfit Studio and look at the bones, they're not at all where I expect them to be, and so to weight them properly I have to move the parts I'm working on to wherever the bone nodes happen to be. Now I'm wondering, where is the actual Assaultron Skeleton file? Being able to isolate that would probably help me greatly. Unless its baked into the model, which there are several "base assaultron" parts/bodies so I'm not even sure if I'm using the right parts to begin with >,< Knowing which ones to use would save me so much time going through the BSA archives repeatedly. And Is there a more practical way to actually line up the robot parts with the skeleton in either Nifscope, Outfit Studio, or Blender? I do plan on adding jiggle physics to several pieces as well so I'm planning on adding extra bones on top of the regular assaultron skeleton. If at all possible I'd like to do most of the work in Outfit Studio or Nifscope, blender has so many bells and whistles it is a bit overwhelming at times, porting the part I'm using to fbx, obj, and Nif was a bit tricky.
