Can't figure out how to assemble a Harem in 1.3.x in a way that is not hellish buggy or annoying

I added the mod "Spouses Expanded" to enable poligamy.

Then I tried using a bunch of mods with it.

Dramalord proved to be... mostly annoying. Also my char got cucked by a notable and I could do nothing about it.

I also installed "Pregnancy Control Continued". This one proved to be horrible, whenever my character interacts with one spouse, the other calls him "fuckboi" and challenges to a duel.
