Is it possible to put makeup on Annie Lenine's races?

I'm currently playing with Annie's Tifa mod, which basically adds a new race to Skyrim with its appearance. I like it a lot because its appearance is faithful to the original. I've tried some presets, but they're not the same, and UBE isn't an option for me at the moment.

It has facial animations and everything you'd expect, but I've noticed that you can't apply makeup. I'd like to be able to change the lip color, maybe the hair, and add shadows or a tattoo to her face, but it's not possible. I'm wondering if it could be done through a mod or a fix. I'm not a modder, so I don't know if what I'm saying is stupid, but I'd still like to know, haha.

 

Given the above, would it be possible to put makeup on Tifa?
