Guest Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Okay, for some reason my saves don't load, they just sit there at the loading screen. I uninstalled an armor mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48446/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D48446%26preview%3D&pUp=1) After uninstalling this, they would load properly. This is one of my favorite armor mods and I was using the armor at the time, so is there any fix to this issue?

So you've found this mod to be a cause of the problem for you? What i can say right now, is it looks like a very resource heavy armor. Looks like a lot of triangles and very large textures. Are you using a SSME/memory patch?

Honesty Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 It's an infinite loading screen. You can use the memory patch and ENBoost and never have a infinite loading screen again (unless you up your ugrids to a crazy amount). The armor is too resource heavy and the game can not simply handle it all. If for some odd reason, you don't want the memory patch OR ENBoost, you can attempt the following: A.) Install Infinite Loading Screen "fix" skse plugin file from nexus.B.) Load the mod, and aquire the armor -- once you are ready to quit the game, take off the armor and put it in your bag and save. When you reload, equip the armor.

judge0 Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 You are wearing the armor from the mod you uninstalled and can't load that save - no big surprise there. Reinstall the mod - Run BOSS, Wrye Bash etc start game - load save game. Take armor OFF. Save game again. Quit. Uninstall armor mod. You're game is gettting hung up trying to load resources that don't exist anymore. You removed them.
