It desperately need better genitals since this is a game you can literally modify it in the base game and yet there are countless other games with mods for npc genitals that are far superior to any mods we have available for this game. Oh and by the way please do not skip the anus, I cant believe I have to mention it but there are many mods out there when they make a great looking vagina and the anus is like an afterthought and they just make a black dot and call it a day or none at all!
