✨ Hello everyone! ✨

 

I present to you my new player house, a Retrowave-style home. All the workshop features are available, just like in the Home Base in Diamond City.

This house is inhabited by a merchant named Helga, who is the owner of this place. She can sell you various trinkets or buy your junk, if you wish. She sells a retextured "Deliverer" pistol with a new special caliber, exclusive to Nevo. You can buy ammo from Helga or craft it at the Chem Lab. The pistol has slightly higher base damage (don't overdo it).

All the textures in this house are my own, or rather, retextures, which won't affect the base game; they're purely for this house. There are no vanilla colors, except for the workshop itself, which is located in the storage room.

I deliberately didn't clutter the house with furniture, leaving space for you to place your own furniture and small items, whatever your heart desires (I'm sure many people enjoy doing this to create their own cozy home).

Helga herself is, so to speak, just a merchant (I didn't do any complicated quests this time, as I spent so much time retexturing things. "Maybe I'll do something in the future if the mod lives up to expectations"). She's a talking merchant who will occasionally make small remarks. She'll be happy to greet you and see you off, and there's no negativity from her. She's a very kind girl!

As you've noticed, there are a lot of paintings in the house, but you can remove them if you don't like them; they can be removed through the workshop menu. There's also some sexualized content in the form of paintings and posters.

I didn't add any items to the workshop. Everything I made is installed in the house. I think there are enough mods for furniture and the like; you could add a lot of stuff from outside, if you wish.

Installing the mod: Unzip the archive and copy all contents to the Data folder, or install it using the mod manager. I recommend placing the mod at the end of the download to ensure everything works correctly. I also recommend installing the mod  MiscHairstyle1.6 for Helga's hairstyle, otherwise she'll be bald. I didn't use the  vanilla hairstyle.

Apologies if I missed it. Where is it located? I'd almost guess Bradberton based on the Nuka World requirement.

Hi. It's located near Med Tech Research. When you launch the mod, a holotape should be downloaded to your inventory. After listening, the location will be marked on your map.

They're the same file. One just links to Nexus, the other to Google Drive.
