no, it's a list called "great evil" (kinda). It's a chinese meme about ck2, which refers to the "evil" action of marry your own kids or grandkids. So it's just a list of mods to improve the game play experience in a not so decent way.

If I understand right, u want to ask about women in-game can be like the image or not? The answer should be "No".

There are some mods make women in-game more beautiful but not like that image, or maybe I dont know which mod make women in-game be like that image...

If u want to see many beautiful women in-game, can try this mod "Beauty is beauty[1.18]". It make most women become beautiful surprisingly when add "Beauty" trait, even an ugly woman can become beautiful too, although maybe u will feel boring because of too many beauties.

I used neither "Fair Ladies" nor "Character beautification", so not know that. I think "Fair Ladies" not needed while "Character beautification" too detail, not my type, I'm a lazy man 😅.

I used "Beauty is beauty" because only need to add "Beauty_good_1/2/3" trait & everything done. If want to add these traits to all women, I simply open save file and edit it, only need some click or similar & everything done. If want to add these traits to some specific women, turn on debug mod, type command & "Enter" (only need to type once, choose & "Enter" other times). Not many works, suitable with a lazy man 😂.

U can view "Beauty is beauty" link for more details https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3412862716, & as the author said "mod should theoretically not cause any errors when used with any other mod", maybe there's no problem about compatibility, but u can try yourself.
