Mod request: Pickpocket consequences. (alternate trigger for defeat/combat sex)

So my idea is to hook the defeat mod into a new trigger. Getting caught pickpocketing, lockpicking, or breaking into places. (maybe even failing traps trigger capture/bondage/lewd dungeon traps scenarios).

I hate derailing or gimping my game to see and use the lewd mods, and resetting fights after a defeat feels weird in a lot of scenarios. But getting caught pickpocketing or committing crimes and triggering a defeat scene, or maybe even more in-depth punishments, like the old Skyrim prison mod, feels like it could make a playthrough that mixes lewd mods, without derailing or destroying the balance of the game itself. 

An alternate idea would be to make the assault function of the combat sex mod trigger through these scenarios as well. Maybe forcefully or even through something as simple as when a guard catches you stealing, and the prompts come up, one of the prompts triggers an assault spell and a roll to escape, followed by another trigger until you pass or trigger a scene.

Stuff like this makes me wish I knew how to go about making my own, but I'm hoping someone who does like the idea decides to work on it.
