Character stuck T-posing, physics not working

Hello all. I've recently wanted to come back to play Skyrim after not playing it for so long. Old modlist was broken and outdated so I reinstalled most of the mods and updated them.

Everything seemed to work at the start, character was moving around fine, the movement animations mod was working: however the physics were not. The breasts and ass would stay in place when jumping or crouching, as well as the textures for the nipples were not in the correct place and looked kinda smeared across the breasts, as well as there being a seam on the wrists making it look like the character's hands are a pair of gloves. So I've spent a few hours trying to figure out what went wrong with the physics, and now the physics won't work at all, no jiggles at all and now the character is stuck t-posing, on top of having the seams in the wrists.

I'm not understanding what I did wrong, and I kinda would like to not have to restart all this from scratch again.

Any ideas?

Mods in question are: CBBE, CBBE 3BA, CBPC - PHYSICS with Collisions, CBPC 3BBB Configs for 3BA-BHUNP-COCO, Baka Haeun UNP, Fair Skin Complexion for CBBE, XPMSE, XPMSE Fixed Scripts and Girly Animations. I'm using Pandora instead of FNIS.

Wrong skeleton. Use XPMSE or you take responsibility for compatibility with other mods.

There can be no errors or warnings when building behaviour files. Pandora does not report issues with FNIS mods.

Wrong texture UV for your body. You can't use UNP textures on CBBE.

3BA doesn't come with BS projects for 1st person arms and hands. Either add those yourself, or don't use the wrist sliders to avoid gaps.

I am using XPMSE, though? (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1988?tab=description) and (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/44252?tab=files) are both installed. I'm not understanding, I installed the CBBE file for (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/798?tab=description), not the UNP one. BS projects? Is this mod I'm missing or I have to adjust the sliders/ not use them like you've said?

Installed is not the same as currently in use. Use xEdit and your mod manager to query which mod is providing the skeleton mesh for your current character's race.

BodySlide projects. The issue with the default 3BA install is that, since it doesn't have 1st person hand projects, the hand meshes will not react to the wrist size slider for instance. This causes a wrist gap if it is used. There is obviously other reasons for wrist gaps to appear too. Another common one is that people install custom hand meshes (like perhaps smaller or feminine hands) but these were made for another body (perhaps UNP) and thus do not line up.

Your mod manager would know whether these files are actually being used or not. Regardless of what you installed or didn't install, the UV of your body texture is wrong and that's why you have nipples above your buttcheeks (or somewhere).
